Stress Relief

Fitness Plan

My fitness goal is to simply walk 3-4 times a week just to develop a good health habit.  I think I'm pretty healthy and don't have any weight to lose.  So I'm just trying to stay healthy and to make a good habit. 
I will walk a mile four times a week (at the times I put on my schedule)

Blood Pressure Results

Systolic Pressure: 126
Diastolic Pressure: 55

I couldn't get the video to work so I didn't watch it.  I really don't know what these results mean to me.  Sorry that this week's blog report posts are out of order, I had to wait to get my blood pressure taken.

Well, I did it.  My V02 maximum was 39.21.  I don't know if that is good or bad.

Heart Rate

Resting heart rate:   76 bpm
Active heart rate:   156 bpm
Target heart rate:  103-155 bpm

Well my active heart rate was close enough to inside my target I think, but that's just me.  A lower heart rate is healthier because it means you are in shape, and physically fit.  If your active heart rate is high wouldn't you want to exercise more so that your body would get used to it.  Your heart would get stronger, then shouldn't your active heart rate go down?  I wouldn't need to increase or decrease my activity, I would just need to have a more consistent daily exercise plan.

Super Tracker


I did pretty good.  I didn't get enough of any of them, (Definitely including my vegetables).

Well, I guess there wasn't that much meat on the pizza I ate.  Well I did petty good on everything besides the protein, and vegetables.

       Well, I did better than last time but I still need to be eating more vegetables and fruit.

Wow I did horrible! I definitely did better in the previous days.  The reason I think that it was so bad was partly because we had breakfast for dinner.  In those cases we usually don't have any vegetables.

         Well, this time I did better in my grains and vegetables, but not so well in my protein.

I realized that I definitely need to be eating more vegetables, and grains.  Maybe it's just today.  But I'll still try to eat better tomorrow.

I've never tracked my food  for a week, and I think it will be kind of a pain.  But I guess I'll get to know what I need to eat more of to gain weight.  I weigh 97 pounds so I do need to gain weight.  My suggested caloric intake was 2,200.
